2. Eligibility

To use SmartLead’s services, you must be:

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Comply with all applicable laws (including spam, privacy, and marketing regulations)

Avoid misuse of SmartLead tools (e.g., sending abusive or fraudulent messages)

Maintain payment terms for ongoing services or subscriptions

4. Payment Terms

All service fees, including setup fees and monthly subscriptions, must be paid on time as agreed in your invoice or service plan.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

Suspension of services

Late fees or interest charges

Account termination

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software created by SmartLead remain the intellectual property of SmartLead unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not:

Copy, modify, or resell our materials

Reverse-engineer or replicate SmartLead’s software or systems

6. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information exchanged between SmartLead and the client is considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
